Justification: Men,women and LGBT people are normally arrested in Kenya for various law offences and booked and kept in police cells with no toilet to answer calls of nature. They are forced to use buckets popularly known as Cairo to answer to the calls nature which are emptied to the sewer lines in the mornings.
